“Buyer” refers to the person or legal entity ordering the vehicle inspection
services.
“Seller” refers to the individual or entity selling the vehicle, who must
provide access for inspection.
“Inspector” refers to the individual conducting the inspection on behalf of
Checkmycar.ae.
“Services” refers to the vehicle inspection services provided by
Checkmycar.ae.
“Order” refers to the Buyer's request for Services, subject to acceptance by
Checkmycar.ae.
“Contract” refers to the legally binding agreement between Checkmycar.ae and
the Buyer upon acceptance of an Order.
2. Scope of Agreement
Acceptance of Order - An Order is considered accepted when Checkmycar.ae
issues a written confirmation via email or other electronic means. No contract exists until this
confirmation is provided.
Rejection of Order - Checkmycar.ae reserves the right to reject any Order at
its discretion, including but not limited to:
Limited resources or inspector availability.
Errors in service descriptions or pricing.
Inability to meet the requested inspection timeline.
Order Number Assignment - Upon acceptance, Checkmycar.ae will issue an Order
Number, which must be referenced in all related correspondence.
3. Services Provided
Nature of Services - Checkmycar.ae offers various vehicle inspection
services, including:
Comprehensive multi-point vehicle inspections.
Mechanical and electrical system checks.
Accident history verification.
Visual assessment and non-invasive inspections.
Private and Public Sales - Buyers may request inspections for vehicles
listed on public platforms (classifieds, showrooms) or private sales.
Seller Responsibilities - Checkmycar.ae does not verify the Seller's
ownership or authority to sell the vehicle.
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring the Seller has the legal right to
sell the vehicle.
4. Buyer's Obligations
Providing Required Information - The Buyer must provide accurate vehicle
details, the Seller's contact information, and the inspection location.
Change Requests - If the Buyer wishes to modify an Order, they must contact
Checkmycar.ae immediately.
Ensuring Safe Inspection Conditions - The Buyer must ensure that:
The vehicle is accessible and roadworthy.
The vehicle is clean for inspection.
The location is safe for the Inspector.
5. Cancellation and Termination
Buyer's Right to Cancel - Cancellations must be made at least 8 business
hours before the scheduled inspection for a full refund.
Checkmycar.ae's Right to Cancel - We may cancel an Order if:
The Seller or Buyer fails to provide necessary details.
The inspection is obstructed.
The Buyer fails to make payment.
6. Payment Terms
Advance Payment - 100% payment is required before the inspection. Services
will not commence until full payment is received.
Price Information - Prices are stated on www.checkmycar.ae and include
applicable taxes.
Accepted Payment Methods - Checkmycar.ae accepts online payments via Visa
and MasterCard in AED (or other agreed currencies).
7. Dispute Resolution
Good Faith Negotiations - Disputes should first be resolved amicably.
Mediation and Arbitration - If unresolved, disputes will be referred to
mediation and, if necessary, arbitration under Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) rules.
Jurisdiction - The laws of the UAE govern these Terms, and disputes shall be
settled in Dubai courts.
